Primary Care Insurance
We are very excited to be able to offer Primary Care services for patients wanting to utilize their insurance. We are accepting all the PPO insurances of GA:
- Aetna
- BCBS
- BCBS – HMO – Pending
- Coventry
- Multiplan
- United HealthCare
- Cigna
- Humana – Pending
We value the primary care model we have created here and will continue to provide superior, higher level care, therefore we will only be accepting 1,000 patients that wish to use their insurance policies. This will allow us to spend the extra time with you at every visit. We are not the clinic that only spends 5 minutes with you!
Additionally, due to the overwhelming red tape that comes with filing insurance, our clinic does require an Administrative Membership Fee (AMF). This fee is paid annually and will cover any and all administrative fees that insurance policies do not cover.
We are excited that we are able to provide care for you and your family while utilizing your insurance, however you better move quickly…Once we get 1,000 patients we will not accept any new patients or families. Dr. Ashley and Dr. Heath are well known to always go the extra mile and spend the extra time with every patient.
